Beta draft — last updated 2026-08-19

QuickSolver is in public beta. Features, limits and pricing can change with notice posted in the app. This document is a plain-language draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer — see the note at the bottom.

1. What QuickSolver is

QuickSolver is a study and reference tool that shows computed poker strategy (solved and estimated GTO-style ranges) for common spots. It is intended for off-table study and practice — reviewing hands, building intuition, drilling spots in the Trainer.

2. Not for real-time use at the table

QuickSolver must not be used as a real-time decision aid while playing a hand for real money or on any platform whose rules prohibit outside assistance ("RTA"). Doing so may violate that platform's terms and is entirely your responsibility. Accounts used this way may be suspended.

3. Beta, free tier and limits

4. Accuracy

Strategies shown are the output of a computational model and abstraction, not a guarantee of optimal play or of any result. QuickSolver is provided for educational purposes; decisions you make at the table, and any consequences of them, are entirely your own.

5. Accounts

You need an account to use Flash and Solver. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to work around the daily limit is not allowed.

6. Acceptable use

7. Intellectual property

The QuickSolver software, design and this content belong to its operator. Poker itself, and general strategy concepts, belong to no one — nothing here claims ownership over the game.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

QuickSolver is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any losses — including gambling losses — arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

Accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to bypass usage limits may be suspended or terminated.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated as the beta evolves. Material changes will be noted in the app.
