QuickSolver is in public beta. This is a plain-language draft, not legal advice — see the note at the bottom.
This policy covers data collected by the QuickSolver web app and API. The data controller is Luca Müller — see the Legal Notice for the full address.
Hand and spot details you enter (cards, board, action) are used to compute the answer you asked for and are not stored beyond what is needed to serve that request.
QuickSolver sets one essential cookie to keep you signed in. There are no third-party trackers, ads, or analytics cookies.
To provide the account and quota system you are using (performance of a contract), and to keep the free tier fair and the service secure (legitimate interest).
Account data is kept until you delete your account. Daily usage counters are kept only as long as needed to enforce and audit the quota, and are not used for anything beyond that.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Data may be processed by the infrastructure provider hosting QuickSolver (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), strictly to run the service.
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR for users in the EU/EEA), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and can object to or restrict its processing. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights, or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Passwords are hashed, never stored or logged in plain text. As with any beta service, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
QuickSolver is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.
This policy may be updated as the beta evolves. Material changes will be noted in the app.
